Baseball Game Day Roster (Blank)
Coaches remember to fill out the Team Name, Opponent, Team Coach and Date before exchanging this roster with the opposing team's coach PRIOR to the start of the game. After the game, record the score, the officials information, innings pitched, coach's sportsmanship information, all star information, verify innings pitched and sign the rosters. All rosters must be received by Rene within 72 hours of the game.
